If you are not entirely satisfied with your Article, we are always happy to help you out with an exchange or return as long as the item purchased was not on sale and you're within exchange/return window. 

Please pay attention to the following conditions to be regarded: the item was not in use, saved the original appearence & was not damaged. Paper tags were secured. 14 days from the date of the receipt of the order (period after delivery) has not expired.

If it is so please send your Article back via any trackable and insured service of your choice. Let us know the tracking number so we can process your return faster. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box. 

Please note: all deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the item will not meet the reqiured standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.
